1. What is GAG sheet?

GAG sheet is one kind of three-layer composite sheet, the middle layer of Amorphous-polyethylene terephthalate(APET), and the upper and lower layers of Polyethylene terephthalate glycol(PETG) raw materials are co-extruded in appropriate proportions.

2. What are the advantages of GAG sheet?

• The transparency can reach more than 90%, it is suitable for products that require high transparency.

3. What are the applications of GAG sheet?

Due to the good processing performance and low material cost of PETG sheet, PETG sheet is widely used, such as vacuum forming, blister, folding box, food packing, food container, etc.

• GAG sheet is widely used for the external packing of different kinds of products because of the good transparency.
• It can be processed into trays of different shapes by vacuum thermal forming.
• It can be formed into different kinds of shaped by molds, which can be made into covers for clothes packing.
• It can be cut into small pieces and used for packing shirts or crafts.
• It can be used for printing, box windows, stationery, and so on.

4. What is the disadvantage of GAG sheet?

The biggest disadvantage of the GAG Sheet is the price is much more than other materials( PVC/APET Sheet).

5. What is the most common thickness of PETG/GAG sheet?

This depends on your requirement, we can make it from 0.2mm to 5mm.
